All of our providers are skilled psychotherapists, with training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, supportive therapy, and other treatment modalities. Counseling is available as a standalone treatment or in combination with medication management services (to be provided by Dr. Shugarman for clients ages 18 and older, or by Dr. Rives for clients ages 16 and older). Clients in treatment with outside providers are always welcome to the practice.

While the cost of treatment varies by provider, we encourage you to submit the receipt provided after each appointment to your insurance carrier to maximize reimbursement. Treatment-related costs are available upon request.
